2. Use of this website

Content on this site is for general information about our services. Prices, timelines and specifications mentioned on the site are indicative — they become binding only once confirmed in a written quotation or order confirmation.

3. Quotations and orders

A quote provided via WhatsApp, email or our contact form is not a binding order. Production begins only after you've approved a written proposal and signed off on a design proof (see How We Work for the full process). Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate based on confirmed specifications, quantities and materials.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this website belong to The Forge Studio. Artwork, logos and brand assets you supply to us for a project remain your property — we use them only to complete the agreed job, and don't reuse them elsewhere without your permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We deliver services as described in the agreed proposal. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the value of that project, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
